1. Which rooms are available for business meetings and conferences?

2. Do we have access to the hiking trails?

Guests may use the hiking trails between 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. The trails close at 4:30 p.m.

3. Do I have to use one of the caterers from your approved list?

Yes, your caterer must be selected from the City of Green Bay Preferred Caterer List (PDF) or you may bring in your own food.

4. Where are guests allowed to park?

See the park map to locate all parking lots. Parking is free!

5. What time can I have access to the rooms?

You will only have access to your room during the time shown on your receipt. The earliest opening time available is 8:30 a.m. and the latest closing time available is 4:00 p.m. in the Nature Center rooms. The Dick Resch Event Space is available Sunday-Thursday 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. or Friday-Saturday 9:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m.

6. How may I take a tour and/or book a date for my meeting?

7. What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment include cash, credit/debit cards (Discover, MasterCard, or VISA), and checks made payable to "Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary". 

8. Is smoking allowed?

No, the entire Wildlife Sanctuary, its buildings, and trails are smoke-free.

9. Is the facility handicapped accessible?

Yes, the buildings and paved trails are wheelchair accessible.

1. May I have my birthday party or event at the Wildlife Sanctuary Nature Center?

Yes, there are spaces available for parties and events. Please call (920) 391-3671 to reserve a space today! More information can be found by clicking here. 

2. Do I have to use one of the caterers from your approved list?

Yes, your caterer must be selected from the City of Green Bay Preferred Caterer List (PDF) or you may bring in your own food.

3. What do the caterers provide and do I contact them directly?

You contact the caterers directly for pricing information. They will provide all food and beverages, including alcohol, for your event. They will also arrange for rental of tables, chairs, linens and other equipment.

4. How many guests may I invite?

The Wildlife Sanctuary has spaces for 12-248 guests! Call (920) 391-3671 or visit the Facility Rentals page to learn more. 

5. Do you allow decorations?

Yes; however, the following are not allowed:

• Nails 
• Duct tape
• Electrical tape 
• Loose balloons as they are harmful to wildlife - See USFWS article on balloons and wildlife.

Please use painter's tape to hang decorations, and remove ALL decorations prior to the end of your rental. 

6. May I have music at my event?

Yes, you may hire a band and/or DJ, use the sound system, or bring speaker(s) from home.

7. What part of the facility is available for my guests?

Guests are able to visit the entire facility during regular operating hours! Once the Wildlife Sanctuary has closed, guests must remain in the rented space. 

8. Where are my guests allowed to park?

9. May I store materials for my event at the Nature Center?

No, nothing may arrive until the day of your event. All materials must be removed immediately following your event.
