In 2020, the City will offer four (4) curbside "overflow" collection weeks of overflow trash bags outside of the trash cart free of charge during the weeks of March 16 to 20, July 6 to 10, September 14 to 18 (note: this is changed from what is on the calendar in the 2020 Information Guide), and December 28, 2020 to January 2, 2021.
Residents may place up to four (4) 32-gallon plastic bags at the curb next to your trash cart during these weeks. Please have items out to the curb on your collection day. During only the overflow trash weeks, bulk household items are not allowed unless it is also a specified bulk collection week.
Bulk pickup weeks will occur two (2) times in 2020: the weeks of March 16 to 20 and September 14 to 18, 2020 on your regular garbage day. Residents may place up to two (2) cubic yards of bulk items at the curb for free collection. Items listed below as not included, items going over the two (2) cubic yard maximum, or placed out before or after your collection day may be subject to standard collection fees.
It does not include:
If any of these items or excess of items are placed at the curb, they will be picked up and charged accordingly. All invoices are sent to the property owner.
