The Commission is responsible for developing a master plan for the joint planning area shared by the City of Green Bay and Town of Scott. The Joint Plan Commission reviews all major development proposals that occur in the joint planning area and coordinates and collaborates on short and long-term planning projects. The commission also acts as a resource and liaison to municipal governments when managing the mutual border between the City of Green Bay and the Town of Scott.
How appointed: appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Common Council
