Responsibilities

The Finance Division for the City of Green Bay provides for the financial control of the City. Included in the department are the payroll, accounts payable, budget coordination and financial reporting functions. The Finance Department is under the direction of the Assistant Finance Director.

2022 Tax Estimator

The final rate will be determined at the Council meeting and budget public hearing on 11/10/22 at 4:30 p.m. at 100 N Jefferson Street, room 203. This meeting will also be held virtually via Zoom. Reminder this in only a portion of your full tax bill, does not include Green Bay Area Public Schools, Brown County or NWTC’s share of the tax bill. Does not include any special assessments, special charges, or reductions for first dollar credit and lottery credit.
